Privacy Policy — ASKO Mobile

Effective date: July 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how ABABIN LLC ("we", "ASKO") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you use the ASKO Mobile application (uz.asko.mobile).

By using the app you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Data we collect

1.1. Account and identity data

• Phone number — your primary account identifier; used for registration, login, SMS verification (OTP) and password reset.
• First and last name — shown in your profile and on your loyalty card.
• Date of birth — for your profile and birthday promotions.
• Email address (optional) — if associated with your account.
• Password — stored in a protected form.
• SMS verification code (OTP) — to verify your phone number.

1.2. Loyalty program and transaction data

• Loyalty card code (to identify you in-store via QR), bonus balance, tier, cashback percentage and total purchase amount.
• Bonus/points transaction history.
• Order history (date, status, amount, contents).
• Cart contents and wishlist.
• Delivery address and notes (if you enter them).

1.3. Content you create

• Product reviews (rating and text) — shown with your name.
• Support chat messages.
• Your referral code and the list of users you invite (name, phone, date).
• Survey and NPS responses.

1.4. Technical and device data

• Push notification token (via Expo and Google FCM).
• Language preference (uz/ru/en) and selected branch.
• Session token (JWT) — to keep you signed in.

1.5. Data stored only on your device (never sent to us)

• PIN code and biometric status (fingerprint / Face ID) — biometric data is stored in your device's secure storage (Keychain/Keystore) and is never sent to our servers.
• Search history (last 10 queries), viewed "stories" and other convenience flags.

1.6. Location

With your permission, your device's GPS location is used to show your current position on the branch map. Your location coordinates are not sent to ASKO servers — they are used only by the map service on your device (Google Maps on Android, Apple Maps on iOS) to draw the map.

1.7. Payment data

ASKO Mobile does not accept payments in the app and does not collect card data. Payment is made at the branch. The app only manages loyalty bonuses and discount codes.

• To create, access and protect your account;
• To manage orders, cart, wishlist and the loyalty program;
• To calculate and apply bonuses, cashback and discounts;
• To send push notifications (order status, bonus, promotions, birthday, system);
• To provide customer support;
• To find the nearest branch and provide directions;
• To improve our services and fix technical issues.

We do not sell your data.

3. Sharing data with third parties

These services may process data outside Uzbekistan; their own privacy policies apply (e.g. the Google and Apple Privacy Policies). Such transfers are made only to reputable providers that process data under their own privacy and security compliance frameworks. We do not use any third-party analytics or crash-reporting service and do not track you for advertising. Data may be disclosed to authorized government bodies where required by law.

4. Permissions the app requests

• Location — to show the nearest branch on the map.
• Notifications — for order, bonus and promotion messages.
• Biometric (fingerprint / Face ID) — for fast, secure access.
• Internet — to communicate with the server.
• Vibration — when a notification arrives.

The app does not access the camera or microphone. You can disable each permission in your device settings.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained while your account is active. After you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except records we are required to keep for legal, accounting or tax purposes, which are retained for the period required by law.

6. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including transmitting data over an encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) connection, storing passwords in a protected form, holding the biometric token in your device's secure storage (Keychain/Keystore), and keeping the session token and other data in the app's private (protected) storage. Nevertheless, no method of transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

7. Your rights

• To access your personal data and obtain a copy;
• To correct inaccurate data;
• To delete your account and data (section 8);
• To opt out of push notifications;
• To withdraw your consent at any time;
• To lodge a complaint with the competent data-protection authority.

8. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time:

• In the app: via Profile → Edit Profile → Delete Account; or
• By request: send a request to Askobuxgalteriya@gmail.com from the email associated with your account, or include your account phone number in the message so we can verify your identity.

Following your request, we will delete or irreversibly anonymize your account and personal data (except records required by law). Your bonus/loyalty balance is forfeited when the account is deleted.

9. Children's privacy

The app is not intended for persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or at https://asko.uz. The "Effective date" indicates the latest update.
